The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post is investigating a fatal collision that occurred yesterday afternoon on HWY-3630 in Annville, KY.
The initial investigation indicates that Flora Grubb, 70 years old of Manchester, unintentionally drove into the path of an oncoming vehicle while she was pulling out of the Town & Country Market parking lot just before 4:00 PM. As a result of the collision, Don C. McQueen, 86 years old of Annville, who was a passenger in Grubb’s vehicle was fatally injured, and pronounced deceased at the scene by the Jackson County Coroner.
