A pet Kangaroo escaped captivity early Thursday afternoon from the Battlefield Subdivision area of Richmond.
Richmond Animal Control is currently searching for the animal, at last reports, now believed to be in the Gibson Bay area.
The owner posted pictures of the animal on Facebook asking for leads or sightings of the Kangaroo. (feature photo).
