JACKSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – A Jackson County man has been charged with murder in the death of his son.
Police say that Larry Gabbard, 62, was involved in an altercation with his son Jason R. Gabbard at a home of KY 89. Jason was shot and later died from his injuries.
Larry was arrested and now faces a murder charge.
