A well-known Irvine citizen and restaurateur has passed away. Michael L. Woolery, age 83, of Farmington Court in Richmond, passed away Tuesday July 9 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond following a short illness.
Woolery was the owner operator of the popular Cedar Village Restaurant in Irvine for many years before selling that business. He later reopened “Michaels Restaurant” in Ravenna that also became a destination for people from miles around for great home style cooking.
