An Irvine woman is facing charges after she allegedly ran over another young woman’s foot in Estill County Saturday night, April 22, around 11 p.m. following an altercation.
According to Irvine Police, a domestic argument escalated between two adults and a juvenile on North Plum Street in Irvine. One of the adults, Shyanna Harris, reportedly left the scene in her vehicle, running over the juvenile’s foot. The juvenile was taken to Mercy Health Marcum and Wallace Hospital in Irvine for treatment of broken foot bones.
Placed under arrest was 23-year-old Shyanna Harris of Irvine. She is facing charges of first-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree assault. She was transported and processed at Three Forks Regional Jail in Beattyville.
