In the late evening hours on Thursday of this week, Irvine police say they conducted a controlled buy from Angel Webb, age 27, of Irvine.
Once the exchange was complete, officials say a traffic stop was then made on Cow Creek Road, where her and another suspect were placed under arrest.
Webb was brought to the Irvine Police Department for an interview and investigator say she confessed to investigators.
Webb, was charged with the following offenses:
1.) TICS (Trafficking In Controlled Substance), Fentanyl, 1st offense
The passenger, Michael Craig Stamper, age 50 of Irvine, was charged by Kentucky State Police with the following offenses:
1.) Careless Driving
2.) Oper mtr vehicle u/infl cont sub
3.) Poss cont sub, 1st degree, 1st off (Hydrocodone)
4.) Prescription cont sub not in proper container, 1st off
5.) Failure to produce insurance card
6.) Operating on suspended or revoked operators license
On Friday, Irvine officer’s say they obtained a search warrant from a seized cellular device and Kentucky State Police will be adding an additional charge to Mr. Stamper. The additional charge is as follows:
1.) TICS, Fentanyl 1st Offense (Complicity)
