An Estill county man has been arrested and charged with rape first-degree of a victim under 12 years of age.
Tuesday, February 28 around 3 p.m., Kentucky State Police apprehended 40-year-old Nicolas Puckett of Irvine. Puckett is also charged with possessing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12, failure to comply with sex offender registration (first offense), sodomy first degree, and being a persistent felony offender.
Puckett was lodged in Three Forks Regional Jail.
