The Madison County Coroner has confirmed to WBON-TV9, that the inmate found unresponsive early Monday morning this week at the Madison Detention Center is 30-year-old Jordan Hall of Texas.
You may remember the crimes Hall was charged with following that smash and grab back in March at Dan’s Discount Pawn on the Eastern Bypass with a stolen vehicle.
Hall was caught on security camera driving a vehicle through the front entrance of the pawn shop shortly before 3 a.m. March 29th of this year. According to authorities, the vehicle he was in had been stolen from the parking lot of EnerSys moments before the incident.
Early Monday morning of this week, jail staff found Hall unresponsive in his cell after it appeared Hall had inflicted harm on himself. The body was sent to Frankfort for an autopsy, and family members were eventually found and able to be notified.
