Today at City Hall in Richmond, Mayor Robert Blythe and Richmond Chief of Police James Ebert were on hand to swear in three new officers to the Richmond Police Force.
Family and friends filled the Council Chambers as the new recruits Colette Mullins, Matthew Hannon, and John Baugh made their oaths to help protect and serve the City of Richmond.
