The Hops and Vines festival in downtown Richmond is a great event that raises lots of money for the local Humane Society, but this past Saturday night ,a man robbed the event of over $3000 in cash by fleeing with a money tray.
Although none are crystal clear, some show details not visible in the previously shared photo that may be helpful in identifying this person. Specifically, you can see his pink tipped hairstyle and his body type more closely.
One notable characteristic that may narrow down the suspect is that despite his heavy build, his pursuers noted that he was quite fast as well.
