A homeless man is now not allowed back at the Waffle House in Richmond after reports say that he allegedly sexually harassed several girls at the restaurant.
Several eye witnesses were present to give their statements to police, including a 15 year old. The females stated that 70-year-old Virgil Janeway had made sexual advances. He allegedly whispered obscenities to the 15 year old juvenile stating that he wanted to take her back to his room and perform sexual acts on her.
Police report states that Janeway appeared highly intoxicated. Janeway was seen unsteady on his feet, and was slow to respond to questions. He stated to officers that he had been drinking.
Janeway was charged with first and second offense alcohol intoxication in a public place and second-degree disorderly conduct. In addition to that, he was given a criminal trespass warning for Waffle House.
