The Richmond area arts council will be holding its annual holiday arts market tomorrow, Saturday the 17th. Anyone looking for a unique and locally-crafted gift for the holidays can come by beginning at 9 am tomorrow. The market will run to 5 pm at the location on Water Street in Richmond. The event which supports local craftsmen and artisans, is free to the public.
