The annual hay sale was today at the Madison County Fairgrounds. This sale offers hay buyers a lot of information about the hay they are buying. The County Extension office, along with resources from the University of Kentucky provide nutritional analysis, bale weights, protein values, and other essential information to buyers. The weather cooperated nicely and many folks got to get out that have suffered “cabin fever” from the recent stretch of freezing weather.
