Today in Richmond heavy rainfall caused a flash flood warning across the County.
Work was even stopped on the bridge at the foot of Big Hill on US 421 due to the rainfall. According to Ky Transportation Cabinet officials the road closed down earlier for construction and the rain fall from today has some delay on the work progress, rendering the bridge to be closed down for a longer amount of time.
Some local residents even say the concrete forms that were set up yesterday are now under water.
