39-year-old Kelly Hudgins has been missing since Nov. 13. Officials say that he was last seen walking on Waterworks Avenue in Cynthiana.
His father, Michael Hudgins is offering $25,000 for any information that will lead him to Kelly.
Kelly is still nowhere to be found despite the search efforts.
Michael believes someone out there knows something. Although investigators said that they don’t suspect foul play in this case, Michael disagrees.
