Wbontv visited 233 Park Lakes Drive recently for stop number 2 on the local Halloween decoration tour.
We spoke to David Brewer, a Richmond local who annually decorates his house in an extravagant manner, depending to what holiday it is. This year we stopped by on Halloween week and got to check out some of the unique decorations placed around Brewer’s home.
