The Somerset Police Department has issued a Golden Alert today for Sarah Stephens also known as Alicia Jasper. She was last seen leaving her residence on yesterday evening around 10:30 from the Winner Circle Drive area in Somerset.
Officials say Sarah suffers from mental illness disorders.
Sarah is very petite – only 4’11” and 95lbs with green eyes and reddish hair.
Sarah was last seen wearing all black clothing, including black boots and a black backpack.
She has a piercing on the right nostril with a gold stud in it, a tattoo on the right calf of Stitch (a cartoon character), and a tattoo of a shadowed cat behind the right ear.
