Jackson County Emergency Management officials have issued a golden alert for a man missing out of Jackson County.
71 year old Elijah Rader has not been seen since Jan. 31st. He was last reported in the Annville and Tyner area.
Officials report that Rader has cognitive disabilities, and add that he drives a white H3 Humvee with Kentucky tag 876-XGT.
They ask that you contact law enforcement if you have any idea of his whereabouts.
