Estill County EMA has issued a Golden Alert for Eugene French Jr. He is a 69-year-old man, 6ft 175lbs, gray hair, and blue eyes. Mr. French is an insulin dependent diabetic and has dementia. He also has a tattoo on each arm. One arm with initials EF and the other arm with initials LF.
French was last seen Thursday, October 19, 2023, walking at 151 Bicknell Branch (off Kissey Branch/Red Lick) wearing a black hoodie, dark blue pants and work boots. Family say he may be trying to get to Hamilton, OH.

Anyone in the Kissy Branch/Red Lick area with camera’s are asked to please check to see if you saw him or anything useful yesterday afternoon around
4-4:30PM.
