For the First Time in Over 20 Years, Old Glory is Flying above the Madison County Detention Center

For the first time in over 20 years a the Madison County Detention has a flag flying above.  The flagpole and flag were given to the detention center by the WooodmenLife Insurance Society which is the second largest flag distributor behind the U.S government.  Jailer Doug Thomas said that the flag is an important symbol to him and many others in Madison County with many people asking him when the detention center would be getting a flag again.
