Wbontv visited the Madison County Health Department for a few tips for this upcoming flu season.
We spoke with Nurse Specialist Jane Varakin who gives us the inside scoop on where to get a flu shot this year and what can happen if one waits to long to get one. Varakin encourages all of the community to get out and get their flu shots for the protection of you and the people who are susceptible around you.
Be sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment for a flu shot at either the Berea or Richmond Health Departments.
