MADISON COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18, Photo Courtesy) KSP is on the scene of a fatal accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian. The Madison County Coroner has identified the pedestrian as 39 year old Christopher Lamb of Madison County. Says it appears he was walking back to his apartment when hit and killed by a vehicle.
