A fatality on I-75 northbound at the 71 mm in Rockcastle County has been confirmed tonight.
Northbound Interstate traffic is being directed onto US 25 at Exit 62 starting around 8:15 p.m. this evening.
Northbound I-75 is expected to remain closed for 2-3 hours pending the accident reconstruction units completing their initial investigation..
Rockcastle County Sheriff’s Office and KSP are currently working the accident.
No victim information can be released at this time.
