An arrest was made today stemming from allegations made towards an Estill County School employee.
The Estill County School System announced in a social post earlier this week, that an employee of the district was the subject of on investigation launched by local law enforcement. The School District stated they had received an anonymous tip about the allegations and relayed the information to the proper authorities.
Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, say they were contacted by the Estill County Board of Education regarding allegations that an assistant coach at Estill County High School had been involved in inappropriate relationships with two students.
Following the investigation this week, 22 year old, Samual Dustin Beeler of Irvine, was arrested this afternoon and lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail in Lee County.
Beeler faces charges of two counts of Rape in the 3rd Degree and Procuring or Promoting the Use of a Minor by Electronic Means.
The investigation is ongoing and is being led by KSP Post 7 Trooper Starlin Hacker.
