The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, is currently searching for an inmate who walked away from the Bluegrass Career Development Center just before 7:30 p.m. October 9th in Madison County.
Police say 26-year-old Jeremy D. Ward; of Hartford, KY; is described as a white male, 5’8″ tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes and tattoos on his neck and chest. Ward was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, camouflage sweatpants, and white shoes.
According to KSP, Ward was serving a sentence for multiple Drug Trafficking and Possession Charges, Burglary and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon.
Anyone who may have information about the location of Jeremy D. Ward is asked to call their local law enforcement or KSP Post 7 at 859.623.2404. Ward is known to frequent Owensboro, Hartford, Beaver Dam and surrounding counties.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Trooper Justin Watts.
