Representing the Lincoln County Fair, Richmond resident and EKU student Sydney Poor won the title of Miss Kentucky County Fair at the pageant held tonight at the Galt House in Louisville.
According to her Facebook profile, Poor is a student of EKU majoring in pre nursing and works at Pediatric and Adolescent Associates.
Poor has been active in pageants, and has been a champion to help young people, especially young girls cope with and overcome bullying.
