Lane closures continue for the Eastern Bypass/KY 876 in Madison County as modifications to the EKU Pedway are made.
From Monday, April 17 through Friday, April 21 – 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m., lane closures will be in effect between Lancaster Avenue (milepoint 8.15) and Veterans Boulevard (milepoint 8.33). A single lane closure will begin with the south lane of the eastbound side of the Eastern Bypass, and progress across the Bypass. Only one lane will be closed at a time, and motorists will be able to pass through the work zone.
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
