I-75 southbound was closed down for hours this morning, and through the day today, as emergency crews responded to, and law enforcement investigated, the deadly wreck that occurred a little after 7 a.m.
The interstate reopened around 2:20 this afternoon to allow the backed-up traffic to begin moving again.
Madison County Coroner Jimmy Cornelison responded to the scene and pronounced the Fleming County man, 46 year old Billy Jolly deceased at the scene. Jolly reportedly worked for M&M Services in Mount Sterling and was from Hillsboro.
