Dunk-A-Cop is a program put on by the Richmond Police Department, Kona Ice, and Dunkin Donuts to help support the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass Bigs in Blue program. Chief Ebert was happy to heckle people as they tried to dunk him. Their was also inflatable basketball and baseball games for the children and corn hole.
