A woman recently suspected of shoplifting was arrested on drug charges in Richmond.
The Richmond Police Department made contact with 33-year-old Brandy Mullins at Peddlers Mall. She was detained for suspected shoplifting offense.
Upon searching her purse, police allegedly found Clonazepam pills, two empty syringes, and a metal spoon.
According to reports, more paraphernalia was discovered on Mullins including Heroin in a small plastic baggie, an additional spoon, and several more syringes.
She was charged with 3rd degree possession controlled substance (drug unspecified), buy/possess drug paraphernalia, 1st degree 2nd offense possession controlled substance (heroin), 1st degree promoting contraband.
