The Clay County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help after someone apparently threw nearly 50 used syringes onto the 2nd Street Bridge in Manchester.

According to police, a passerby had called 911 to report dozens of the used needles in the roadway. Officers arrived on scene and correctly disposed of them.
Anyone with information on who may have thrown the syringes on the street is asked to contact the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
