The Richmond Police Department were reportedly dispatched to a domestic dispute call that ended in the arrest of a male subject.
Authorities say when arriving on scene they spoke with a Ms. Isaacs who advised authorities she had a dispute with her husband and he had kicked her out of their residence. Dispatch reportedly identified the husband as 33-year-old Rodney Farra and confirmed that Mr. Farra had multiple warrants out for his arrest.
Police report escorting the victim to the residence, where officers report seeing a female subject make contact with Farra at the front door. Witnesses state they observed Farra running through the backyard of the residence. Farra was commanded by police to stop and eventually did after crossing a creek.
Farra was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center, and one of the pursing officers was sent to Baptist Health after receiving a cut during the chase.
Farra faces charges of 1st degree fleeing/evading police, 3rd degree criminal mischief, and assault third degree.
