The Madison County Sheriff’s Department reports officers responded to a domestic in progress in the nighttime hours of the Boone Way area.
Dispatch advised that the female was identified as 45-year-old Donna Warren and the male as 52 Chad Warren. Upon arrival, police reportedly made contact with Donna Warren who stated that when Chad arrived home, he allegedly opened his car door into her, she then stated that she pushed it back into him.
Donna then claimed to have locked out Chad by pressing the garage button door, according to her statement in the citation, this caused Chad to start recording her.
Donna stated eventually they went into the house and continued fighting. Donna reportedly stated that at one point Chad pinched her chest.
Both Chad and Donna were arrested on charges of Assault 4th degree.
