A Winchester man is now in custody and facing charges after his dog allegedly killed his wife last year.
41 year old Christopher Collins was taken into custody Sunday, served with a warrant for not reporting a previous incident with the pit bull, and for wanton endangerment. His wife, 45 year old April, had died last November when the dog apparently attacked her at their home in Clark County. He is set to be arraigned in February.
