Wet roads were a factor in area accidents today, including a two vehicle, multi-injury accident this afternoon on the Robert R. Martin By-Pass. The accident in front of the entrance to Gibson Bay slowed traffic for over an hour while multiple fire, police and rescue personnel worked to assist the injured, clear the scene and keep traffic moving. Authorities have not released the names of those involved.
