A Madison county man was found dead after a crash on Union City Road over the weekend. Coroner Jimmy Cornelison reports that 60 year old Bobby Epps was found to be deceased in his vehicle, and had been there some time as his engine was completely cold.
Reports state that Epps had collided with a tree at approximately 12:30am, seemingly as he veered off of the road.
Cornelison says that the autopsy has been completed on Epps, but he is still awaiting the results. At the moment, it seems the wreck is thought to have been caused by winter weather conditions.
