The Fayette County Coroner’s office has released the identity of the woman who died in yesterday’s crash in Richmond. Taylor Baltimore, age 23, of Harlan died from injuries sustained in the two-vehicle accident near exit 87 on Tuesday March 5, 2024.
The coroner’s report says wet roads are believed to have been a factor in the accident.
