The Kentucky Chemical Demilitarization Citizens’ Advisory Commission and Chemical Destruction Community Advisory Board (CDCAB) meeting will be taking place in Richmond on Wednesday, March 1st. Chemical weapons destruction updates will be discussed by a panel of Blue Grass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (BGCAPP) and Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) staff during the meeting which is open to the public. Information packets will be provided to attendees and public comment periods will be held throughout the meeting.
The meeting will take place in the Carl D. Perkins building on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University, beginning at 1:30 p.m. For those who are not able to attend in person, a livestream of the meeting will be available on the Program Executive Office, Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives YouTube channel and Facebook page. Viewers may ask questions, make comments, and receive feedback during the livestream.
