A 17-year-old Clark County student has lost his life in what’s being described as a farm accident.
Clark County Public Schools released a statement this Sunday evening that we have included at the end of the story. The school statement was approved by the Phelps family.
Ryan Phelps, a 17-year-old senior at George Rogers Clark High School, died Saturday as a result of the injuries sustained in the accident.
Superintendent of Clark County Schools, Dustin Howard, sent condolences to the mans family on behalf of the Clark County School District.
