Two Madison County men who allegedly put a dog’s shock collar on a child appeared before a judge this morning….and their bond reductions were denied.
According to police, 42 year old Theodore Sampson and 35 year old Luke Sampson, his brother, orchestrated the abuse on the latter’s four year old son. They allegedly told police this was as punishment. Both were assigned public defenders in court, who requested lower bonds for each of their clients, which the judge denied. They remain in the Madison County Detention Center.
