A man was found deceased in Powell County yesterday. The discovery came around noon, when someone looking for the missing man found him unresponsive under a small bridge on West Railroad Street in Stanton.
Stanton Police say no foul play is suspected and they do believe weather was a factor in the man’s death. His identity has yet to be released.
Police stated the man was not homeless and his body has been sent to Frankfort for an official autopsy.
The Stanton Police Department is in charge of the investigation.
