Berea’s Owsley Fork Reservoir is unique in that it provides a large amount of water to the surrounding area in Southern Madison County. However, there are some updates to this infrastructure in order to expand its services to those in Berea.
We spoke to relatively new Director of Utilities in Berea, Kevin Howard, who explained why this project is so important, and why it was a hot-button topic during last week’s elections.
