Last week, on April second, the berea Police Department street crimes unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of KY 1016. The stop produced one arrest with criminal charges and the serving of two arrest warrants.
Approximately 13 grams of suspected Methamphetamine, 20 suspected Gabapentin pills, approximately 3.9 grams of Marijuana, 5 suspected Methamphetamine pipes, and a digital scale were located. George Lowery was charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st degree Methamphetamine, Possession Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Possession Of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia.
