In a special called meeting of the Berea City Council Tuesday night, Berea Police Department Chief David Gregory was selected to be the next Berea city administrator, succeeding Randy Stone.
Mayor Bruce Fraley’s recommendation to select Gregory was approved in a 7-0 vote by the council. The administration will finalize the details of Chief Gregory’s contract in the coming days, followed by preparations for a formal swearing/installation ceremony.
