Berea mayor Bruce Fraley has been in office for one month and held his first state of the city address was on Thursday. During the speech, Fraley spoke of the accomplishments that the city has made in the last year. He praised the work that employees of the city are doing and went on to say that it is they that deserve the credit for what has been accomplished. He stated that Berea needs unity in 2019 and the coming decade. He also said that he wants to hear from the public before making plans about future projects for the city as well as having citizens be more involved in government.
