“It is an honor and privilege to serve as first vice president of the Kentucky League of Cities, and I am grateful for the trust and confidence our commonwealth’s elected city officials have placed in me,” Fraley said. “The work of KLC is vitally important to Kentucky cities and our citizens, and ultimately, KLC plays a critical role in improving the quality of life for all Kentuckians. Alongside our officers, board of directors, and the KLC staff, I look forward to being part of the leadership team, advocating for quality governance, and being a voice for Kentucky cities.”
