The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Berea man after an investigation into sexual misconduct.
Officials’ investigation into Michael Mays, 43 years old of Berea, allege he engaged in sex crimes with a juvenile in the month of February.
The investigation, being led by Detective Donovan Nolan, resulted in the arrest of Michael Mays yesterday March 2, 2023. Mays has been charged with Rape 1st Degree, Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, Strangulation 1st Degree, and Incest.
Mays was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
