Berea Man Arrested in His Underwear at Animal Shelter After Allegedly Fighting with Invisible Foe

According to a citation filed by the Madison County Sheriff Department, police responded to a call on Monday at the Madison County Animal Shelter where a man was reportedly in his underwear throwing things at passing motorists.

Upon arrival to the scene, the report states that Aaron Noland was screaming at someone who was not there, sweating profusely, and did not know where he was. When officers made contact with Mr. Noland, he was allegedly talking in a way that “made no sense” and claimed he had not slept in weeks and that his heart was not beating.

Aaron Noland was determined to be manifestly under the influence of an intoxicant and a danger to himself and others. He was charged with Public Intoxication of Controlled Substances.
