According to Berea police, a man who they say is responsible for raping a 15-year-old multiple times is now in custody.
The arrest citation details that 29 year old Dylan Bracey was arrested last week and charged with third-degree rape with a fifteen year old babysitter on more than one occasion.
Police report that Bracey had sexual contact multiple times with the victim between November and December of last year. With video evidence logged, he was Mirandized and interviewed. Bracey was arrested and lodged in the detention center, charged with 3rd degree rape.
