It is already a record year for t-shirt sales at the Berea Fire Department for their annual breast cancer awareness fundraiser. In its fourth year, the long and short sleeved shirts are sold by the firefighters every October to benefit local charities.
Firefighter Steve Bryant tells WBON-TV that the proceeds from the shirts will go to local charities for breast cancer treatment and counseling, and also the Christmas Toy drive that the firefighters hold annually.
The short sleeved shirts go for $15.00, and the long-sleeved version go for $18.00.
Call the fire department to score one of the stylish shirts for a good cause, or look for the firefighters outside Walmart in Berea on October 20th.
